What if the system arrives damaged?

Any visible damage must be reported within 24 hours with photo or video evidence. We will arrange repair or replacement as needed.


How do payments work?

We operate on a 50% deposit to secure your system, with the remaining 50% payable before dispatch.


Do you offer refunds or cancellations?

All orders are final once confirmed. Deposits are non-refundable once production or allocation has begun.


What’s your return policy?
