What’s Covered

If an issue occurs:
Contact InfinityTechX as soon as possible
Provide clear photographs or video of the issue where requested
Our team will assess the fault
Remote troubleshooting or setup guidance may be provided
Where a covered replacement component is required, the appropriate part will be arranged
Replacement Parts
Where a fault is covered under warranty, InfinityTechX may provide replacement components or spare parts following assessment.
Some issues may be resolved remotely without the need for replacement parts.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not normally cover:
Misuse or improper handling
Accidental or physical damage
Damage caused by incorrect installation
Damage caused by an unsuitable electrical supply
Unauthorised modifications
Unauthorised repairs
Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic damage that does not affect operation
Damage caused by external factors outside the system itself
Delivery Damage
Important
Customers should inspect the shipment as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Any visible shipping damage should be reported to InfinityTechX within 24 hours of delivery.
Please provide clear photographs or video showing:
The external packaging
Any damaged packaging or crate
The affected equipment
The complete system where possible
This allows the issue to be reviewed and the appropriate next steps to be coordinated.
