3. Orders & Payment

A 50% deposit is required to confirm all orders

The remaining 50% balance must be paid prior to dispatch

Orders are only processed once deposit is received

All payments must be made using approved methods outlined on the invoice.

4. Delivery & Dispatch

Estimated dispatch timeframe: 5–10 business days after deposit

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and logistics

InfinityTechX Ltd is not responsible for delays outside of our control

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final once confirmed

Deposits are non-refundable once production or allocation has begun

No returns or cancellations are accepted after dispatch

6. Warranty

All systems include a 24-month warranty covering mechanical and technical faults under normal use.

Warranty does not cover:

misuse or improper handling

accidental or physical damage

unauthorised modifications

7. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

provide accurate delivery information

ensure proper use of equipment

report any issues promptly with supporting evidence

8. Limitation of Liability

InfinityTechX Ltd is not liable for:

loss of revenue or business interruption

improper use of equipment

external damage after delivery

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

10. Intellectual Property
