1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from InfinityTechX Ltd.

By placing an order with InfinityTechX Ltd, the customer agrees to these Terms together with any quotation, invoice, warranty terms and delivery information provided in connection with the order.

InfinityTechX Ltd is registered in England & Wales.

2. Products & Services

InfinityTechX Ltd supplies interactive technology systems and entertainment equipment primarily for commercial, hospitality, leisure and event environments.

Product descriptions, images, specifications and videos are provided for guidance.

Minor variations may occur due to:

Manufacturing updates

Component availability

Supplier revisions

Software updates

Production tolerances

InfinityTechX Ltd reserves the right to update, replace or discontinue products where necessary.

3. Orders & Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

A 50% deposit is required to confirm an order

The remaining 50% balance must be paid before dispatch

Production or allocation will normally begin once the deposit has cleared

Goods will not normally be dispatched until payment has been received in full

Payments must be made using the methods specified on the relevant invoice

Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications, quantities, delivery details and configuration requirements before making payment.

4. Production & Delivery

Typical fulfilment times may include:

Production: approximately 7–15 business days

Quality inspection: approximately 1–3 business days

Packaging & preparation: approximately 1–2 business days

Shipping: typically approximately 20–35 days depending on destination and logistics method

All timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside InfinityTechX Ltd’s reasonable control, including:

Customs clearance

Freight schedules

Carrier delays

Supplier disruption

severe weather

Public holidays

Transport disruption

5. Delivery Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery information.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that:

The delivery location is accessible

Appropriate personnel are available to receive the equipment

Doorways, lifts and access routes are suitable

The intended installation area is appropriate

Required power connections are available

Additional costs caused by incorrect delivery information, failed delivery attempts or unsuitable access may be chargeable where applicable.

6. Delivery Damage

Customers should inspect their shipment as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Visible shipping damage should be reported to InfinityTechX Ltd within 24 hours of delivery.

Customers should provide clear photographs or video showing:

The external packaging

Any damaged packaging or crate

The affected equipment

The complete system where possible

Prompt reporting helps InfinityTechX investigate the issue with the relevant logistics provider.

This requirement does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Cancellations

Because commercial systems may be manufactured, sourced, configured or allocated specifically for an order, cancellation rights may become limited once fulfilment has begun.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Where production, sourcing, configuration or allocation has already started, some or all of the deposit may be non-refundable to reflect costs and commitments already incurred.

Any rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.

8. Returns & Refunds

Commercial equipment that has been manufactured, configured, sourced or supplied specifically to order is not normally accepted for change-of-mind returns.

This does not affect any rights or remedies that may apply where goods are:

Faulty

Damaged

Incorrectly supplied

Materially different from the agreed specification

Any authorised return must be agreed with InfinityTechX Ltd before equipment is returned.

9. Warranty

InfinityTechX systems include a 2-year warranty unless otherwise stated.

The warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects and mechanical or technical faults arising under normal use.

Warranty support may include:

Remote troubleshooting

Technical guidance

Replacement components

spare parts where appropriate

The warranty does not normally cover:

Misuse or improper handling

Accidental or physical damage

Incorrect electrical supply

Unauthorised modifications

Unauthorised repairs

Normal wear and tear

External damage occurring after delivery

Full warranty conditions are provided separately under the InfinityTechX Product Warranty terms.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate order and delivery information

Follow supplied operating instructions

Ensure appropriate installation conditions

Use the equipment safely and correctly

Report faults promptly

Provide photographs, video or diagnostic information when reasonably requested

Unless installation services are specifically included in the quotation, the customer is responsible for preparing the installation area.

11. Technical Support

InfinityTechX Ltd may provide remote troubleshooting and technical guidance where an issue occurs.

Photographs, video or diagnostic information may be requested before the appropriate solution is determined.

Where covered by warranty, suitable replacement parts or components may be arranged.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InfinityTechX Ltd will not be responsible for indirect or consequential commercial losses, including loss of:

Revenue

Profit

Bookings

Business opportunities

Goodwill

Business interruption

InfinityTechX Ltd is not responsible for losses caused by misuse, unsuitable installation conditions, unauthorised modifications or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

For commercial customers, where legally permitted, total liability relating to a specific order will be limited to the amount paid to InfinityTechX Ltd for the goods or services giving rise to the claim.

InfinityTechX Ltd offers free international delivery with import charges included on eligible orders.

Where confirmed within the quotation, the price includes:

International shipping

Import duties

No Customs charges

zero Tariffs

Clearance fees

Delivery to the agreed destination

This provides customers with a clear total cost without unexpected import or customs charges on arrival.

International delivery terms will be confirmed on the quotation or invoice before the order is placed.

Electrical configuration is also confirmed according to the destination and may include:

Voltage

Frequency

Plug configuration

Power requirements

All destination-specific requirements are reviewed before production or dispatch.

14. Intellectual Property

InfinityTechX Ltd branding, written content, graphics, website materials and proprietary documents may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially used without permission.

Third-party trademarks, software, games and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

15. Privacy

Customer information may be used for:

Quotations

Order processing

Payments

Customer communication

Delivery

Warranty support

Legal and accounting obligations

Service administration

Personal information is handled in accordance with the InfinityTechX Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.

16. Events Outside Our Control

InfinityTechX Ltd will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events outside its reasonable control.

These may include:

Carrier disruption

Customs delays

Supplier interruption

Severe weather

industrial action

Government restrictions

Transport disruption

Other force majeure events

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Where legally permitted, disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
