If an issue occurs:

Contact us with your order details

Provide photo or video evidence of the issue

Our team will assess and guide you through the solution

Where required, replacement parts will be arranged and shipped.

Support response time: 24–48 hours

Replacement parts: typically 3–7 business days


What’s Not Covered

Misuse or improper handling

Accidental or physical damage

Unauthorised modifications or repairs


Important

Any visible damage on delivery must be reported within 24 hours with photo or video evidence.
